A More Perfect Michigan is Michigan state Senator Mallory McMorrow’s leadership fund allowing her to support candidates in targeted Michigan state senate races with direct hard dollar financial support. 

Republicans like the DeVos Family in Michigan have set the playing field for elections for decades, and Democrats have been playing defense, getting caught flat-footed every time.

That ended in 2022.

In 2022, Democrats flipped the state Senate, and took the majority in Michigan for the first time since 1984. With new legislative district maps drawn by an independent redistricting commission, strong candidates and messaging, and your support, we finally flipped the balance of power in Michigan after Republican control for 40 years. 

Now, we are showing what is possible when voters elect Democrats–we’re getting things done. For the first time in a generation Democrats are passing and implementing impressive legislation to raise wages, protect civil rights, and ensure the safety of all Michiganders.

But, while the numbers are in our favor, the only way to keep a Democratic majority – and the march of progress going in the legislature – is with hard dollars, and that’s why we need your help and support.
